Esther is a transformation leader and an author. She has a passion is to nurture people into change-agents and active leaders who can take responsibilities for their families, communities, and nation. She has attended at the History Makers Bible School - London, History Makers Training - Ukraine, and the Institute for National Transformation - London.

Esther's skill set includes Predictive Analytics, Lecturing, Administration, and Management.

One of her favourite quotes is: 'Life is not measured by its duration, but by its contribution" - Dr. Myles Munroe.

Her extracurricular activities include singing, listening to music, reading, movies, writing, jogging and traveling.

Patricia Agoro

Administrative Assistant

Patricia is a brooding talent in administration and loves her work. She is passionate about leadership and desires to see more young people, like herself, being trained and empowered to become achievers in life. Patricia is enthusiastic, a people-person, and is interested in community development. She is willing to engage in IT innovations to bring solutions to different needs. Her hobbies include listening to music, singing, traveling, and socials.

Juliet Namutebi

Youth Coordinator

Julie is the Youth Councillor of Mugoye Sub-County, Kalangala District and currently a Crime Preventer trainee. She is great passion for the welfare and development of the youth in her region. Julie brings a lot of wealth to CAP through her ‘can-do’ attitude, team-work, interpersonal and mobilization skills. She enjoys bike-riding and presenting the Ak'ezimbira Radio Programme on CBS 89.2 FM.

Pauline Nalubega

Partnerships and Volunteers Coordinator

Pauline is a Grade 5 Primary Teacher in Kalalngala, Uganda. She has a passion for leadership and the development of young people. She has several years’ experience networking with different schools and organisations. She loves singing, listening to music and traveling.

Steven is a Procurement and Logistics Professional, who is self-motivated, committed, full of enthusiasm in his work and exhibits utmost integrity and diligence, which proves his desire to progress. His interests include impacting a positive change in fellow youths, communities, Uganda as a country and the world at large.
